At Luxe Ever After, we are committed to creating elegant, seamless, and memorable experiences for every client. Please review our booking policies carefully before securing your event date. By submitting payment and booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. RETAINER / DEPOSIT POLICY
Retainer & Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time. Your event is not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received. Because we reserve your date exclusively for your experience, the retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The initial retainer is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled event, additional payments made may also be non-refundable due to preparation, sourcing, and scheduling commitments already made on your behalf.
5. WEATHER POLICY
Weather Policy
For outdoor experiences, weather conditions may impact setup and event execution. If severe weather is expected, we will work with you to discuss available options, which may include rescheduling based on availability. Light wind, mild temperature changes, or other manageable outdoor conditions may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Luxe Ever After reserves the right to make final decisions regarding weather-related setup safety.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including location access, guest count, special requests, and timing. Please ensure the setup area is accessible and safe for our team upon arrival.
If access issues, restricted entry, inaccurate details, or delays caused by the client impact setup or service quality, Luxe Ever After is not responsible for resulting delays or limitations.
9. DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
Damage or Missing Items
Clients are responsible for any excessive damage to rental items, décor, tableware, or setup materials caused during the event by guests, vendors, or misuse. Missing or damaged items may result in additional replacement or repair charges.
11. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Agreement to Terms
By booking with Luxe Ever After and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking policies.
2. FINAL PAYMENT POLICY
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If final payment is not received by the due date, Luxe Ever After reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the retainer.
4. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may require a new booking.
All rescheduled events must take place within 60 days of the original event date, unless otherwise approved by Luxe Ever After.
6. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed-upon start time. If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened to avoid conflicts with other scheduled bookings. Late arrival does not qualify for a refund, discount, or extension unless otherwise approved.
8. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
Setup & Breakdown
Our team will arrive before your scheduled event to complete setup and styling. Breakdown timing will be determined based on the package selected and the agreed service duration. Clients are expected to respect the agreed event timeframe to allow for timely breakdown and item retrieval.
10. PHOTOS & CONTENT USAGE
Photos & Content Usage
Luxe Ever After may photograph event setups and décor for portfolio, website, and social media use unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event date. We respect client privacy and will always aim to use content tastefully and professionally.
