Services & Availability
Luxe Ever After provides luxury picnic experiences, proposal setups, romantic event styling, and curated specialty services throughout DFW and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation. Because each experience is custom-designed, setup details may vary depending on the package selected, location, weather conditions, client preferences, and the availability of décor or materials. While we always strive to bring each vision to life beautifully, exact replication of inspiration photos or third-party designs is not guaranteed.
 
Pricing & Custom Requests
All pricing shown on our website, social media, or promotional materials is subject to change without notice. Pricing is only confirmed once event details have been reviewed and an official quote or invoice has been provided. Custom requests, upgraded décor, add-ons, travel, specialty items, and rush accommodations may result in additional charges depending on the scope of the event. Any changes requested after booking may also affect final pricing.
 
Booking & Payment
By booking with Luxe Ever After, clients also agree to our separate Booking Policy, which outlines all booking-specific details including deposits, final payments, cancellations, rescheduling, weather considerations, and other important reservation terms. Our Terms & Conditions and Booking Policy work together to provide a complete understanding of expectations and responsibilities.
 
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, responding in a timely manner when communication is needed, and ensuring that the event location is accessible and suitable for setup. If a park, venue, or location requires reservations, permits, approval, or special access, the client is responsible for securing those unless otherwise agreed in writing. Luxe Ever After is not responsible for issues caused by restricted access, denied entry, location closures, venue limitations, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
 
Outdoor & Venue Conditions
Because many Luxe Ever After experiences take place outdoors or in public spaces, clients understand that certain conditions may affect the overall event setup or flow. Weather, wind, heat, lighting, park activity, insects, uneven ground, public foot traffic, and other environmental factors can influence the final presentation. We will always make every effort to deliver a beautiful and elevated experience, but we cannot guarantee conditions that are outside of our control.
 
Damage & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for treating all Luxe Ever After décor, rentals, and styling items with care during the event. Any items that are damaged, broken, heavily stained, missing, or stolen during the reserved event period may result in additional repair or replacement charges. Luxe Ever After is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings, guest-related incidents, injuries, or damages caused by third parties, public spaces, venue conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
 
Photography & Promotional Use
Luxe Ever After may photograph or capture video of event setups, décor details, and styling for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer that your event remain private, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing before your event date. We will always do our best to honor privacy requests whenever possible.
 
Creative Rights & Design Flexibility
Clients are welcome to share inspiration photos to help communicate their vision. However, all inspiration images are used as a reference only and are not guaranteed to be recreated exactly. Luxe Ever After reserves creative discretion in the styling and design of each setup while still honoring the overall aesthetic and experience discussed. We also reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to décor, florals, or setup elements when necessary due to availability, safety, seasonality, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content featured on the Luxe Ever After website, including text, images, branding, package names, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Luxe Ever After and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used without written permission. Our brand identity and creative materials are part of the unique experience we provide and are protected accordingly.
 
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Luxe Ever After reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if an environment is unsafe, if access to the location is not possible, if a client or guest behaves in a disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive manner, or if required agreements and payments have not been completed. We also reserve the right to make professional decisions that protect the safety of our team, our materials, and the overall quality of service.
 
Force Majeure
Luxe Ever After is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, emergencies, venue closures, supply shortages, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other unexpected events. In these situations, we will always make every reasonable effort to communicate promptly and offer an alternative solution whenever possible.
 
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. By booking with Luxe Ever After or using our website, you agree that any disputes arising from our services or these terms will be handled in the appropriate legal venue within Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
